Walking Free From Fear in Marriage
Ladies as you get up this Monday morning and start your day. We can choose to get down and pray and plead the blood over our husbands and family or we can walk in fear. I say lets let’s walk in freedom! Walking free from fear in marriage is something we have to learn to do. It’s putting our trust in God and not the circumstances of this life. I plead the blood of Jesus over my husband every day and we pray it over our girls and he prays it over me. We pray it over our home, over our vehicles and everything we have and do! His precious blood protects, keeps, and covers us!
Plead the Blood
Ladies, you may ask how does this keep me walking free from fear in my marriage? I’ll tell you, because when you know the power of the blood of Jesus you can trust God to keep you and your family. This doesn’t mean things aren’t going to happen. It does mean that God has you and He can be trusted and you don’t know what He may have kept you from! Learn to Plead the Blood!
The Blood Has Power
There are many scriptures that give us the faith to believe there is power in the Blood of Jesus. Colossians 1:13-14 says, “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins:” His blood has power! Revelation 12:11 says, And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” We can speak His word and Walk free from fear in Marriage.
Mariah
Mariah is a woman who loves her husband and children, she works hard to everything she can to make them a safe and loving home. She does this by trying to control everything. Mariah lives in fear. It is almost crippling! She moves out of fear even though she wants it to be from love. But the word says in 1 John 4:18 “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.”
Tammy
Tammy is a woman who trusts God. She loves her family, her husband, and her life. But she knows they are not hers. Everything she has is Gods. She wakes in the morning and prays, she pleads the blood over her children and her husband. Tammy goes about her day and knows they are in God’s hands. Tammy can safely trust in God because she has already given them to Him.
What About Today’s World?
In a society of school shootings, shootings just anywhere, child trafficking, murders, drugs, pornography, affairs, or even just how many people their are in the world that their are more car accidents, plane crashes, and terrorist attacks. We can get wrapped up in all these fears. We can walk in fear. But God wants us walking free from fear in Marriage and our lives. Phillippians 4:6 says, “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Prayer and Fasting
Oh that we would learn to pray and fast! Learning to pray and fast for your husband and your marriage is so important. It helps us to die daily! It helps us to see our dependence on the Lord instead of ourselves. We learn through daily prayer, reading the word, and fasting on a regular basis, that we have power with God! He can do anything!!
Getting The Victory
We can get victory from Fear! Sometimes it will rear it’s ugly head and we have to go to work praying and pleading the Blood and put it back under our feet! We can have victory!! Speak these scriptures and see the atmosphere of your home change. Pray for your husband today and know that God loves him more than you do. We can get the victory in our lives and see God change situations.
No Matter What
No matter what you are afraid of, maybe you have been hurt, maybe you’ve lost people you love, maybe you have valid fears and concerns. We can not walk in fear, but rather we can be walking free from fear in marriage with Gods help! No matter what the situation!!
Scriptures:

Tuesday: Revelation 12:11 says, And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” We can overcome!! Pray and learn this scripture!
Wednesday: 1 John 4:18 “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” Pray today that the Lord helps you to walk in perfect love.
Thursday: Phillippians 4:6 says, “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” What a great scripture to learn and pray over your marriage.
Friday: Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Pray God will help you to trust Him with your husband as you meditate on this scripture.
Saturday: 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” This is a great scripture to quote when you are afraid!
Freedom is Here!!
Ladies, we can walk in freedom in Christ!! We can trust God with our husbands as we speak scriptures, pray and fast! We can know God is in control. But we have to lay it at His feet!
